If you reply by email, get more Inquiries

When a company search for a bearing, the seraach results are ordered using the companies Quality Index.

Quality Index (Q) is the sum of points awarded to the Company for:

Selling:
- Quickly responding to the Received Inquires.
- Quickly accepting the Received Orders.
Buying:
- Sending Inquiries and placing Orders via the website.
Being chosen as favorite by other Companies for your references to be displayed in the highest position in their searches(highlighted).

If you reply to Inquiries and Orders by mail, use “reply to all”. This way, BearingStock will be able to value the speed in responding and add points to your account.

This way your stock will appear better positioned in search results and you will receive more Inquiries.
