BS, within its continuous improvement program, measures the quality of the service provided and rewards the best distributors. The prizes (depending on the Quality Index) are:

Note: If there is a tie in points, the prize is awarded to the best Q. If they have the same Q, it is awarded to the oldest at BearingStocks

	This ratio: Is calculated as the sum of the other 3 ratios: Qo + Qr + Qf Is used to order the search results, showing firstly the references of the companies with the highest Q Weekly Prize: 3 hours of Highlighted Stock

	This ratio is calculated: According to the average Response Time of all companies Using the Response Time to the received Inquiries & Orders of the last 30 days Weekly Prize: 3 hours of Highlighted Stock

	This ratio is calculated according to: The number of orders placed during the last 30 days The amount of each order Weekly Prize: 3 hours of Highlighted Stock

	The company that is chosen as favourite: Appears in the first place on the searchs of the company that choose it Improve its quality rate whenever is chosen as favorite Weekly Prize: 3 hours of Highlighted Stock
