Response Time
- The Response Time (T) is calculated from Monday to Friday from 8 to 20 hours.
- The time outside these hours also adds, but with a maximum of 2 hours.
Example: If a user receives a inquery on Friday at 19:30 and answers on Monday at 8:10, the Response Time is 2 hours and 40 minutes.
Points when Selling
You can win points:
- Answering to received Inquiries
- Acepting to received Orders
when your Response Time (T) is less than 24 hours. And if your T is less than the Average Response Time of all companies (Tm), you can win further points.

To calculate the number of points, the operations done during the last 30 days are used.
