Response Time & Points when Selling (Qr)

Response Time

  • The Response Time (T) is calculated from Monday to Friday from 8 to 20 hours.
  • The time outside these hours also adds, but with a maximum of 2 hours.

Example: If a user receives a inquery on Friday at 19:30 and answers on Monday at 8:10, the Response Time is 2 hours and 40 minutes.

Points when Selling

You can win points:

  • Answering to received Inquiries
  • Acepting to received Orders

when your Response Time (T) is less than 24 hours. And if your T is less than the Average Response Time of all companies (Tm), you can win further points.

 

You can check the Tm at any time in the left margin, below :

 

 

To calculate Tm, all companies response Inquiries are use when:

  • were received in the last 30 days
  • including a quotation

 

The awarding points are calculated using the following chart:

 

T < 1 Tm/4   5 points
T < 2 Tm/4   4 points
T < 3 Tm/4   3 points
T < Tm   2 points
T < 24 hours   1 point

 

To calculate the number of points, the operations done during the last 30 days are used.
