In Orders placed on BS, both the buyer and seller can rate each other in that Order. This rating is used to calculate the Quality index of the company. In the Profile of each company the achieved average rating is also shown.
BUYER should make his evaluation on bearing reception and SELLER should make his evaluation on payment reception. Once the time set by the seller as "Availability" has elapsed, if the survey is not completed, BS sends an email reminding the Satisfaction Survey to both companies.

Benefit of fulfilling the survey:
- Companies that have worked in BS less than 1 year: 3% Bonus of the amount of their Orders
- Companies that have worked in BS more than 1 year: Promotion of their Company and Stock
